FRUIT CHAAT BITES : Assorted fruits covered with flavors and nectar, broiled and served warm.

Fruit Chaat Bites Step by step instructions :

Ingredients :

For the marinade:

•1/4 cup mustard oil

•2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

•1 Tbsp malt vinegar

•1 tsp anardana powder

•1 tsp sugar

•1 tsp dark pepper, crushed

•1/4 tsp deghi mirch

•1/4 tsp cumin powder, roasted

•1/4 tsp dark salt

•1/4 tsp garam masala

•Salt to taste

•1/2 tsp honey

•1 squeeze hing

•2 Tbsp chana dal powder,

Roasted Fruits to be used:

•2 persiman (ramphal)

•1 pineapple

•semi-ripe3 guavas

•3 green apples

•2 pears

The most effective method to Make Fruit Chaat Bites:

1.Rub mustard oil, balsamic vinegar, malt vinegar, anaardana powder, sugar, squashed dark pepper, deghi mirch and broiled cumin powder. Continue to rub the blend for 5 minutes to make a decent blend.

2.To this mix add dark salt, garam masala, salt, nectar and hing. Thicken this combination with simmered chana dal powder.

3.Cut the natural products in scaled down pieces. Coat with the marinade and quickly cook on a sigri or in a hot oven.

4.Serve warm.
